Today I am again showcasing some of my most favourite Stampin' Up! preorder products! Hence, most of what I am sharing with you today is a sneak peek of what is to come in the new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue. This suite of products is great for any celebration! These products are perfect for both the young and the old in your life. The images are youthful, yet they have a nostalgic feel to them. The card I have to share with you today is extra F-U-N! Why ... might you ask? Well it is action packed! It spins! Check it out in the video below!

So how do you create a spinner card? To be honest it's quite simple. Check out the required supplies below! Hopefully you have a few pennies lying around.

I first utilized my Stampin' Up! Classic Label Punch to create a window for my spinning Raccoon, as pictured below.

I then took a penny & adhered a dimensional sticker to it (see below). Using the window as a guide, I adhered another penny, & then sandwiched my Birthday Memories Designer Series Paper in the middle.

After this step, you simply apply adhere your Raccoon (or whatever other lovely image you might want to emphasize as your focal point) to the top penny.

Then assemble the rest of your card & you will have the most fabulous spinner! I used the Stampin' Up! Foam Adhesive Strips to mount the main spinner portion of my card to the card base. By doing so, the extra depth from the adhesive strips encouraged the spinner to S-P-I-N! Mr. Raccoon seemed to spin that much more when he had the extra depth in the layers. Anyone & everyone would love to receive a spinner card! Seriously!!! I thought shaker cards were cool!!! Watch out world! There will be a few more spinners on the market soon! & Not just the fidget kind!

Cheers! & Thank you so much for visiting today! Happy Birthday TGIF Challenges!

Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop ~ Colorful Seasons

Hi everyone! Welcome to another edition of the Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop! We are so happy you have joined us! You are currently visiting Carolynn Sander's blog. I am a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. If you have been hopping along with us, you would have just visited Maike Ulbrich's blog! Her work is always so fabulous! I hope you enjoy today's hop! The theme this time around is favourite seasons! Make sure you click on the next button at the end of this post so that you can see the incredible line up of amazing projects!

When I originally was thinking about my favourite season, I thought, "Summer, summer, summer! " I think this is primarily because I cannot wait for summer to come right now. Up here in Canada, our winters tend to last longer than most! It is spring here right now, & we literally had snow 2 days ago!!! Like hello Easter has come & gone, & it is still snowing??? Yep that's what we live with here. As much as summer is what I am longing for right now, I would have to say that fall is my most favourite time of year. I love the beauty of fall. The colourful leaves, the pumpkin spiced lattes, the sweater weather.... It's not too hot nor is it too cold. It is perfect!  So perfect, that this is when we tend to get our outdoor photos done every year!

If you saw my previous blog post, it was pretty much a showcase of our sweet baby girl! I only thought it fair to show off the sweet little man in out family as well. Our son would have been 6 when this photo was taken, that's actually the same age that my daughter is now! I truly love reminiscing on their baby years. This decorative framed photo is a great way to cherish those special moments & it came together super quick with some of my most favourite Stampin' Up! products!

Most of the products I have used today were part of my Product Purchase Premiere! What does this mean? Well they aren't available until the new catalogue comes out on June 1st! But... they are amazing! I have only given you a glimpse of this one collection today! Believe me, you will be amazed & so excited to craft once you get your hands on these products! In the meantime, you will want to make sure that you check out the online Stampin' Up! shop! There are many discounts on retiring & clearance items, but they are while supplies last!

That's it for me today! I hope I have inspired you to dig through those special photos & get crafting! Meanwhile, you won't want to miss the rest of this amazing hop today, so click on the next button below! Kimberly Van Diepen is next up! She always rocks the hop!!!

A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop ~ A Sara Thing Kit

Hi everyone! Welcome to the inaugural "A Paper Pumpkin Thing" Blog Hop! You are currently visiting Carolynn Sander's blog. I am a Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. If you have been hopping along, you would have just arrived via Lori Mueller's blog. Wasn't Lori's Paper Pumpkin project amazing? I hope that all of today's Paper Pumpkin ideas inspire you to pull out those Paper Pumpkin Kits (both new & old) & get crafting! Make sure to click on the next button at the end of this post so that you can carry along and enjoy the rest of the Paper Pumpkin projects today! There are so many great ideas to be shared! If you continue reading until the end of today's post, you will also notice that there is BLOG HOP GIVEAWAY today!!! Details are posted below!

For today's project I decided to change it up quite a bit and created a mini album with the fabulous "It's a Sara Thing" April Paper Pumpkin Kit from Stampin' Up! I had been wanting to make a memory book with envelope pockets for quite some time now. This month's Paper Pumpkin Kit provided me with the most perfect opportunity to do so. I utilized my Stampin' Up! scoring tool and some basic black cardstock to create the bones of my album. I then sliced off the tops of 5 envelopes from the April kit with my paper trimmer. With the use of my Stampin' Up! Fast Fuse adhesive this book then came together quite quickly. I do not have a tutorial to share with you today. Saying that, if you are interested in learning how to create today's project, feel free to message me or leave me a comment below. If there is enough interest I would love to create a tutorial for you all. Below you will be able to view all of the mini layouts I created. Our little daughter is growing up way too fast! I thought it would be nice to be able to glance back at her yearly photos from the past 6 years. This mini album is now a precious keepsake that I will keep close to my heart forever.

Did you notice the cute envelope pockets here? How could you miss them right? I love the fact that you can pull the matted pictures out of the pockets and hold them in your hands. It's almost as if the nature of this tactile interaction vivifies one's memories.

What do you think of today's project? Do you love it as much as I do? I am kinda bias, as it is full of my most favourite pictures of our most sweetest baby girl. This month's Paper Pumpkin Kit was originally designed for you to create 12 cards. Today's hop is all about showing alternate ways in which you can use this fabulous kit! Check out all of the supplies that came in this month's kit in the picture below! It's an incredible value!

I hope you enjoyed today's project! Make sure to click on the next button below! It will take you to Cathy Caines! She is one of my stamping idols! I am sure she will wow you with her art! You won't want to miss it! There is also a blog roll list posted below. Included in today's blog hop is a BLOG HOP GIVEAWAY!!! What is involved? You can be entered into a drawing for a FREE "A Sara Thing" Paper Pumpkin Kit. All you have to do is leave a comment on EVERY blog in today's hop. Drawing closes on Saturday, April 29th at 9 PM EST. The winner will be announced on Monday, May 1, 2017!
